How to determine the quality of electrode paste?

The methods for judging the quality of electrode paste are as follows:

- Check the amount of binder: When the amount of binder in the electrode paste exceeds the specified amount by too much or too little, it will appear extra dry or extra thin. After the pot material is pressed out, the finished product stack can not be stacked, and the 1kg sample should be stacked separately, and sent to the laboratory for volatile analysis. If the volatile analysis result is qualified, it is piled into the finished product stack, otherwise it is disposed of as waste paste.

- Check the production quality: When the production quality of the electrode paste is stable, it can be directly shipped without waiting for the test result of the full analysis of the roasted sample. When the electrode paste production quality is not stable, it should be shipped according to the single stacking and other roasted samples full analysis results show that qualified.
- Re-sampling and inspection: for electrode paste, when one or more of the analysis results do not meet the requirements of the technical standard, it can be sampled again in the retained material for inspection, if it is no longer qualified, it is generally treated as waste paste.
