When the electrode paste occurs, in the process of measuring the electrode paste column, the paste column remains unchanged for a long time, and with the passage of time, a large number of yellow smoke will emerge in the electrode cylinder. If the electrode hanging paste is not treated in time, it may cause the electrode to break hard or soft, and even explode in the electrode cylinder.

The electrode hanging paste may be caused by the large electrode paste block, which gets stuck in the electrode shell reinforcement plate. The paste column is too high, and the temperature above the electrode is too low to melt the paste. Winter temperature is too low, the electric heating element is on and off; A large foreign body fell into the electrode cylinder, blocking the electrode paste block.

In order to prevent electrode paste effectively, the electrode paste should be added according to the height and particle size of the process standard; When the temperature is low in winter, the heater should be continuously turned on and cannot be disabled; Install a cover on the motor barrel to prevent foreign matter from falling into; The height of the paste column is measured every 4 hours, and if there is no change for 8 consecutive hours, correct treatment measures need to be taken.

Proper handling methods include using ropes to tie heavy objects down; Oxygen welding is used to cut the holding cylinder and the electrode cylinder, and then the steel is poked down.
